I am an experienced clinical research professional and three-time entrepreneur with academic foundations shaped by the University of Oxford and Imperial College London. My career includes work in clinical data analysis, research governance, and regulatory compliance across NHS and academic environments. I previously led a pharmaceutical startup focused on nanotechnology-based cancer therapeutics, which allowed me to develop practical fundraising experience and early-stage strategic capability. My contributions to oncology research include co-authorships in The Lancet Oncology, Annals of Oncology, and The Journal of Pathology. I also come from a long-standing business family, which has influenced my approach to building companies and informed my judgment as a founder. As CEO of Rokalin Technologies, I apply scientific understanding, operational leadership, and commercially grounded decision-making to guide product development and position the company for growth in the medtech sector.

I am an accomplished technical leader and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with nearly three decades of experience spanning software, hardware, and scientific engineering. My career includes managing complex projects and ensuring regulatory compliance in medical and other high-stakes industries. Most recently, I’ve taken on the role of CTO for an In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) regulatory compliance company, helping to drive cutting-edge solutions that meet stringent global standards. Throughout my career, I have specialised in artificial intelligence, machine vision, large language models (LLMs), and advanced system architecture. My leadership style emphasizes results-driven strategy and process optimization, underpinned by hands-on technical expertise.

A Techno-Commercial Leader with over 21 years of extensive experience in Product & Program Management, Engineering across diverse sectors including Semiconductors, Automotive, IoT Products, Mobile Industry, and Healthcare Devices. MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode and worked with leading organisations such as Intel, Samsung, MediaTek, and Unisoc, contributing to significant advancements in technology and product innovation. Worked on a spin-off within Samsung and successfully launched an innovative healthcare product leveraging mobile technology, implemented in leading hospitals across India and Suwon. The device was provided at no cost, with a subscription fee per bed that was 5 times the hardware cost. Spearheaded the launch of a $40 4G handset in collaboration with Reliance JIO, achieving over a 35% market share in the device portfolio. Demonstrated sound experience engaging with C-Suite executives across multiple industries to drive strategic initiatives and product development.

Hardware and Firmware Engineer
I work in embedded systems and robotics, with experience in closed-loop control, micromouse platforms, robotic arms, and a thermography-based breast cancer detection device for which a preliminary MVP has been developed. Building on that foundation, I created an impedance-based pacing adjustment module for pacemakers, now supported by provisional patent filings in the US and India. My expertise lies in hardware-driven system design, precision control, and embedded implementation.
